I look at comparable sales in the same subdivision , I look in similar nearby neighborhoods. I look a within one mile of the subject property. The price has to be right when you list a property.
I do Open Houses.
I read a lot. I try to see how the "world" influences the market. Interest Rates, elections, the Feds, the season of the year, the economical situation, the worldwide economy situation.
